Street Roots Vendor Poetry Reading
Can't get enough of Street Roots vendor poetry?
Join us next Wednesday, May 22nd to hear Street Roots vendors read a collection of their own poetry! The reading will take place from 5:00 to 6:30 PM. Sliding scale admission is a $0-$20 donation to Street Roots. This event will be hosted at 1001 NW Kearney Street at the NE corner of Jamison Square in the old Fjällräven store.
The May 22 Street Roots Vendor Poetry Reading is sponsored by the Pearl District Neighborhood Association (PDNA) and our friends at Portland Pearl Rotary Club. This event is part of PDNA's Storefront Activation Program in the Pearl. Our goal is to help revitalize the Pearl by activating vacant storefronts to bring new energy to the neighborhood and to enhance the Pearl’s reputation as a center for arts and culture. We are exited to partner with these organizations to share our vendors' poetic talent with the community and gather together!
We hope to see you there!
