Chris Burton was born and raised in Pasadena, CA, and relocated to Seattle where he lived for 3 decades before he and Connie finally settled in the Pearl District in 2022. Chris enjoyed two careers; the first as a secondary social studies teacher and basketball coach for 14 years, and then as an attorney representing school districts and municipalities for 20 years. He and his siblings now operate a collection of historical buildings in Pasadena. Chris and Connie have a wonderful blended family of 4 kids spread out from Kauai, to Spokane, to Boise and finally Seattle. They enjoy music festivals, live sports, urban walks, and kayaking. Chris is looking forward to working with his fellow PDNA members and contributing specifically to Planning and Transportation matters in the Pearl.
