Judie Dunken
Judie Dunken was born and raised in Forest Grove, Oregon, and began working in Pearl District real estate in 1996. After discovering the unfolding renovation of the blighted Hoyt Rail Yards, then recognized as the River District Plan, Judie became more interested in the development and working with people moving into the area. She herself moved to the new Pearl District eighteen years ago. As the District evolved, Judie has continued to help more people with their real estate needs and has developed many deep and lasting friendships with friends and neighbors. After her years in the District, Judie feels it is time “to deepen my commitment to the neighborhood that I love and live in.” Judie serves as the Livability Chair, walks with the Foot Patrol, delivers food through Lift to SROs, and is on the Tanner Place E-Prep Committee and Pearl E-Prep Committee.
